FIRST-GEN SCOUTING REPORT 

Michigan does have a lot of different, helpful resources available to first-gen students — this we know. Some of these programs could be tweaked here and there to increase efficiency, but overall, they do a good job.

But, every team does have that weakness, and that's what this section is for. After talking to a few other first-gen students, and reflecting on my own experiences, there are some big, structural issues regarding the outreach to first-gen students at Michigan.
